Terms and conditions Game Distribution Revenue Share

For our approved publising partners, that meet our requirements, we offer a 40% revenue share. Below your can find the conditions for embedding our games for a revenue share and how to invoice us for it.

Before you can apply for a revenue share partner you must fullfill the following prerequisites:

• Apply via our contact form and let us know your website domain and monthly average unique users.
• We only approve potential partners with at least 25000 unique monthly users and that earn at least 25 USD per month in revenue share. 
• You need our approval before you can earn a revenue share. After approval you will get an account and link for a dashboard. 
• We track your revenue via referrer tracking, so there is no need to register before using our games.

Conditions while using our games for a revenue share:

• Make sure you include our ads.txt entries in your ads.txt file on the site where you embed our games. Ads.txt entries to include: https://cdn.htmlgames.com/ads.partners.txt.
• You can find all our games that you can embed here: https://www.htmlgames.com/html5-games-for-your-site/. There is also a link to a JSON and XML feed on that page.
• Obtain consent from your EU users for the use of their personal data and the use of cookies.
• Let us know all domains you plan to use our games on, to correctly attribute all revenue. Please make sure you update us when the domains change.

Invoicing to zygomatic is done as follows:

• Create your own invoice based on the data in your dashboard. The reported income is NET and in USD.
• Send an invoice per quarter. You can invoice for max 2 years in the past. Mention the invoice period in your invoice.
• The minimum payout is 100 USD. If you do not reach that in a quarter, roll it forward to the next quarter.
• Your invoice in PDF format must be send to our email address: invoice@zygomatic.com.
• Please allow a 30 day payment period for your invoice.
• Make sure you include all payment details. We can pay via Wire or PayPal.
• The invoice must be made out to the following address:
